Where do we go from here? Jesus’ resurrection victory unleashes man-fearing, defeated disciples to become an unstoppable disciple-maker-multiplying community for all nations and all generations.
God’s people walk by faith not by sight. To guide us, this faith has to be more than a statement printed on a piece of paper. Our faith is a faith that must be confessed and lived out. In these chapters, Moses displays the heart of our confession of faith in one God who deserves to be loved and served in an uncompromising way.
Life restoration is part of God’s plan in sanctification. In his grace, God picks up the broken pieces of our lives when we repent from sin and turns our brokenness into a trophy of his grace. In this last message on Exodus, we will see God giving Israel a second chance in spite of their unfaithfulness, not because of what they had done for God, but in spite of it.
