Where do we go from here? Jesus’ resurrection victory unleashes man-fearing, defeated disciples to become an unstoppable disciple-maker-multiplying community for all nations and all generations.

A disciple-maker multiplying community transforms…

Biblically ignorant people into fully developed biblical worldview disciples (Luke 24:36-45, John 8:31-32).
Unrepentant and unforgiven people into effective witnesses of the gospel (Luke 24:46-48, Acts 2:22-38).
Self-reliant and self-centered people into a Holy Spirit indwelled and empowered disciple-maker multiplying community (Luke 24:49-53, Romans 8:11).

The success of a local church is not measured by how many are sitting to watch the game, but by how many are in the field playing, and how well they score. Consider this your invitation. Join the team!

Are you a disciple in whom God’s word abides? The word of God is to be received, believed, and lived so that disciple makers can give it to others. You cannot give what you have not received. Make every word of the Bible count for every day.
Have your sins been forgiven? If so, you have a story of God’s grace to tell. Everything the enemy meant for evil, God has overcome with his good. Turn your low points into God’s high points by sharing how his grace has done what you could not do alone.
Victory in Christ is not lived in the power of our self-effort but in the power of the Holy Spirit. Are you walking in the Spirit by resisting the works of the flesh and allowing his fruit to transform your character by obeying his word? (cf. Gal 5:16-25)

In Egypt, the people of Israel had learned to survive as slaves. Their life was cheap and they were expendable. Everyone had to pull their weight. For many years they knew nothing but toil and pain. But God heard their cry and rescued them. gave them a new life. In this new life, he gave them the Sabbath as a lesson to learn to depend not on their own effort but on God’s grace. To live as the redeemed, free people of God would now mean to learn to depend, not on their own efforts, but on his generous grace.
