Sunday’s Vision message is Victory Over the Deceiving Forces of Darkness – the Battle Outside from 1 John 2:15–3:10. Even with the struggle between followers of Jesus and the enemy, God assures us there is victory in Jesus because, after all, He came to destroy the works of the devil.
In this sermon we went a little deeper into 1 John – chapter 2, verses 1-14 – “Victory Over Our Darkest Past”. In this passage John will show us God’s provision for us to grow in Christ-likeness and mature to overcome the darkness of our sinful past and the struggles within.
