When are we successful? Since God has called us to be a disciple-maker multiplying church, we need to be able to measure growth on our journey. During this series, I will be introducing our DFBC metrics- The 3C’s (Conversion, Commitment, Commission). This Sunday I will be sharing about the first of the 3C’s- Conversion. In the growth to maturity as a disciple-maker, conversion marks the beginning of our journey. Conversion begins as we are born again by faith in God’s word. In the Bible, Abraham is the first in a long line of people who, by faith, inherit the promises of a new life in the likeness of God. Conversion gives us a new identity and answers the question who do I belong to?
