Rubia Proffitt
Faith Campus Coordinator
Rubia is a pastor’s kid, born in Brazil. She holds a B.S. in Biology and an M.A. in Global Leadership from Dallas Baptist University.
Rubia has been part of the DFBC family since 2019. She joined our staff in 2025 as the Next-Gen Ministry Assistant and now serves as the Campus Coordinator at Faith Campus. Her skills and heart extend beyond her job title, allowing her to serve in various areas and ministries throughout the church.
Inspired by Jesus, Rubia embraces a servant leadership philosophy, focusing on humility, empathy, and the growth of others. She is passionate about empowering people and intentionally invests in developing new leaders, ensuring the next generation is equipped to serve and lead with purpose.
