They’re working to plant churches in two communities: Sitio Xitlapehua and San Francisco Logueche. The missionaries make visits and worship on Sundays. They also host a monthly children’s ministry, where the community kids learn about God, play games, socialize, and share food.
In the community of San Francisco Logueche, they are establishing the initial connections through community outreach initiatives, including a medical brigade, the donation of reading glasses, hearing aids, clothing, and baby chicks. They are holding Bible studies with some families we have met. They sing, study the Word of God, and have a time of fellowship where we share food with them.
Ministry Goals
- Add new families to our weekly services in Xitlapehua so they can hear the Word of God.
- Prepare other people for baptism in the Xitlapehua community.
- We want to formalize a solid Bible study group in San Francisco Logueche.
- Hold on to monthly activities with children in Logueche, where the children can
learn the Word of God, sing, and socialize.
