Single Adults

At DFBC, we are grateful for the many singles who are a vital part of our church family. God calls each of us to seek Him first and to grow together as His people. As Matthew 6:33 reminds us to “seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”

As we pursue the Lord together and place Him at the center of our lives, we grow not only in our relationship with Him but also in meaningful fellowship with one another as the Body of Christ.

Our Singles Ministry exists to encourage spiritual growth, cultivate Christ-centered relationships, and help singles connect with the broader life of our church. Throughout the year, we host fellowship gatherings and provide opportunities for singles to build community and serve together.

Because DFBC is a church for all nations and all generations, three times a year our church brings together Young Adults (20s–30s), Singles (40s–90+), and Widows in shared community and encouragement (at our Singles Luncheons).

Our Pastor of Discipleship, Dr. Brance Barker, works alongside ministry leaders and representatives to help singles find meaningful ways to grow in Christ, build relationships, and serve within the DFBC family.
