Pray for me and my family to grow more every day in our relationship to the Lord and His Word as we share the gospel, make disciples, and plant churches near and far. Pray for our needs to be met, both the church’s and our personal needs.
SENIOR ADULTS
- 9/9 Kayla Fry (Sharing) Surgeon and oncologist appointments in 2 weeks working to schedule chemo treatments.
- 9/9 Kay Moffatt (Sharing) Son, Scott on mission trip to Nepal beginning 9/18.
- 9/9 Jim Moffatt (Sharing) MRI on 9/9 showed stenosis of the spine that is under watch by his doctor to determine if surgery will be necessary. Headaches have eased for now.
- 9/9 Reid Davis (Sharing) Surgeon gave him a cortisone shot to reduce pain and inflammation. If it does not heal enough, many only need partial replacement.
- 9/6 Beverly Pogue (Sharing) PRAISE—Cousins Greg & Chris, both are improving, however Chirs has lost vision in his right eye. Vision could return.
- 9/6 Debbie Easley (60s+) Vince’s eye is experiencing light sensitivity at times. Prayers that it continues to heal well.
- 9/3 JoAnn Starkey (A2) Ablation was a success but the Watchman procedure was aborted due to unable to fit the plug right. She will now be on blood thinners.
- 9/2 Lyndie Blevins (A1) Upper Gi procedure for Barretts Esophagus on 9/9 at 1:30pm.
- 8/30 Debbie Dunn (Sharing) Cousin, Rob, last chemo was scheduled for 8/31. Some bones have been affected by the cancer and will probably have to have an-other procedure.
- 8/30 Ginnie Larson (A2) Bothersome pain issues in her knee.
- 8/30 Lisa McLeroy (60s+) Mother, Sandra, struggling with hip pain again. Doctor appointments this week.
- 8/26 Ron Hooker (Sharing) Has surgery scheduled in October to relieve strain on knee being caused by hamstring issue.
- 8/23 Ann Claunch (Sharing) Son, Steve, was laid off this week. Prayers for God’s direction to a new job.
- 8/20 Kathee Vander Zanden (60s+) SIL, Rose, has breast cancer. Lumpectomy scheduled for 9/10. Doctors say this is very curable.
- 8/19 Linda Klager (Truthseekers) Medications prescribed for knee pain. Pinched nerve in back will require a shot that will be given 9/28.
- 8/17 Donna Fuller (60s+) Hip replacement surgery scheduled for September 21.
- 8/17 Paula Cannon (60s+) Friend Carol, just released from a mental hospital and can no longer care for her mother. Prayers for the neuropathy in her foot.
- 8/17 Edye Brookshire (A2) Nephew not doing well; several life-threatening issues.
- 8/3 Linnell Rickaway (A2) Has developed Alopecia.
- 8/3 Valarie Willette (A2) Sister, Connie is facing a heart procedure which had to be postponed due to high platelet counts.
- 7/19 Dottie Nay (A2) Down to 80 pounds and is suffering with extreme arthritic pain.
MEDIAN ADULTS
9/2 Annette Morris (TEA) Lung biopsy showed small percentage cancer and is being referred to an oncologist.
INTERGENERATIONAL CLASSES
- 9/1 Dena Hussey (Nassar) Daughter, Brittany having several health issues. Neu-rologist appointment in October. Prayers for an earlier appointment.
- 8/26 Grace Cox (Nassar) PT for broken elbow has started and progress is happen-ing slowly.
- 7/29 Harley Smith (Nassar) Daughter, Jade (infant) was released from hospital. Reflux meds upped and baby has begun drinking more.
YOUNG ADULTS
1. 9/8 AJ Martin Traveling to Mexico next week.
2. 9/8 Rachel Rodriguez (Burkey) In the hospital with extreme back pain.
SPANISH ADULTS
1. 7/13 Miguel & Catalina Cosio Lost their home in a fire last week.
2. 5/1 Mamfy Martinez—Recently diagnosed with breast cancer.

1. 8/18 Dallas Baptist University Prayers for new school year, buildings, new Chancelor, staff and the impact all make for God’s Kingdom.

9. Deborah Bone (Former) Bone cancer has metastasized to her organs.
10. Mary Norsworthy (A2) Debilitation and pain from Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia.
11. JoAnn Starkey (A2) Declining health and has become homebound.
