The Christmas season is filled with all sorts of reasons to celebrate. Some are traditions, some are shopping trends and marketing campaigns, for others, Christmas is a time to draw closed to God and loved ones at the end of the year. In the midst of all the busyness and preparations for the “holidays” we hear people talking about “the reason for the season” but rarely do we stop to ask God what his take is on all this celebrating. In this sermon series, we will pause to hear from the lips of Christ himself as he told people the reason he came.
